Adhim group founded in mid-2016 by Mr.Kalidoss & Mr.VinothRaj, who is expertise in IR / HR Operations. Initially, he commenced and catered to business solutions in the area of Contract manpower staffing in the year of 2016. Because of our good acquaintances, we further developed and expanded our business in the areas of both permanent and temporarystaffing solutions, Factory statutory compliances a long with Entire Greenfield Legal approval consulting. Presently, Adhim Group having a 200 + workforce all over Tamil Nadu.
We as Adhim Group committed to giving an exact solution for all of your business problems Our fundamental conviction is that upbeat individuals make successful commerce. Mr. KALIDOSS founded Adhim Group in 2016.
Mr. Kalidoss, the Founder and CEO of Adhim Group, demonstrated remarkable courage by leaving his high-paying job to realize his ambition of building a startup that has transformed into a multi-crore revenue company. When aspiring to excel in a specific field, it’s best to make the most of the available resources. However, Mr. Kalidoss’s success story teaches us an important lesson: “Success relies more on positive motivation than on resources.” With over 11 years of experience, he is an IR and HR professional who has a proven track record in industries such as copper manufacturing, lead manufacturing, plastic manufacturing, integrated power, steel plants, and the automotive sector. He served as Head of HR at Jain Metal Group, overseeing a workforce of more than 2,300 employees.
Drawing from his professional relationships with companies like AM Group, MTC Group, and Jain Metal Group, he established Adhim Group in 2016 to offer legal and HR services to factories, enabling them to enhance their statutory compliance. The company has positively impacted and transformed the lives of numerous organizations, playing a crucial role in elevating various industries. Currently, he successfully manages over 120 + statutory compliance clients each month as a Statutory Consultant. He leads a team of 14 skilled professionals at Adhim Group. He has also facilitated the closing of more than 1,000 + permanent staffing positions in the manufacturing sector.
